This certificate program in Fermentation Sciences is intended to provide WT students and interested community members with technical and hands on experience in fermentation sciences. Individuals who complete this five course sequence will be ready to work in industrial settings where fermentation practices are utilized.

CHEM 2422 - Fermentation Product Analysis 4
CHEM 3323 - Industrial Fermentation Practices 3
CHEM 4098 - Chemistry Internship 1-6 or
CHEM 4094 - Directed Studies 1-6
