Prerequisite: EDLD 6303 Experiential course experience. Communication, personality styles, crisis management, conflict and team building. Comprehensive group activities and initiatives. Course may provide an optional faculty-led travel component designed to accomplish learning objectives of the course. Students participating in the travel option will be charged an additional course fee not to exceed the actual cost of travel, including but not limited to transportation, lodging and food. Course fee variable. Fall, summer II.
