Lectures, research and application of the process of writing a research paper and preparation for a research poster presentation related to the student’s major or area of interest. Introduction to campus resources and services as well as understanding the tools needed to achieve college success. Understanding of different cultures and perspectives and how community service and awareness of current events is essential to becoming a well-rounded citizen in a global environment. Fall.
