ANSC 3240 - Advanced Animal and Meat Evaluation 2 0 0 Prerequisite(s): ANSC 2375 or ANSC 3304 or consent of instructor. Advanced training in judging and grading animals and meat, and evaluating performance for members of the senior livestock, horse and meat judging teams. May be repeated for a maximum of six credit hours.
