Prerequisite:
This course uses theory and research to examine training and development as a systematic, planned strategy for expansion of employee competence in order to meet organizational and individual goals. Topics include identifying training needs, selecting training methods, developing training techniques, ensuring the transfer of training, and evaluating training effectiveness.
