West Texas A&M University’s Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs are published annually and serve as a reference for the academic year. These catalogs are largely static documents meant to reflect the requirements, curriculum, and programs in existence at the time of a student’s enrollment in the University.
However, the University recognizes the evolving nature of curriculum, procedure, and other updates that develop due to maintaining compliance or to align with international, national, state, and other regulatory bodies, newly approved or closings of programs, and critical announcements. As such, the University allows these approved occasional and/or critical updates to be published outside the catalog publication cycle and to be included in the official University Catalogs in a timely manner.
Below is a list of changes which have been modified since the catalog’s initial online publication in May 2022, along with the date of the change and effective term. The changes have been added in the web page version of the Catalogs. If no updates were made, the page will be notated with, “No updates at this time.”
