WTAMU provides a pre-chiropractic specialization for students interested in pursuing a career in chiropractic. Chiropractic is a licensed health profession that utilizes manual therapy and other alternative treatments such as cupping and acupuncture to restore mobility to joints restricted by tissue injury. Admissions requirements vary for particular chiropractic programs in Texas. Students should consult with advisers for proper course selection.
