Note:

Students must take

EDLD 6312

last. Students graduate with an M.Ed. degree upon completion of 36 semester hours (including completion of master’s comprehensive exam). A state test is required for certification.

Probationary Certificate Requirement:

Master’s degree and valid teaching certificate.
Two years of classroom teaching experience.
Completion of 12 hours in educational leadership courses. A minimum of two courses in educational leadership must have been completed at WTAMU.
Completion of admission requirements for the educational leadership program.
Serve in a supervised internship.
Provide a copy of employment contract for administrative position.
