The undergraduate Mathematics program at West Texas A&M University offers bachelor of arts and bachelor of science degrees in Mathematics as well as a bachelor of science degree in Mathematics with secondary teaching certification. The Mathematics program at West Texas A&M University is committed to the intellectual, professional, and social growth of students by providing an education grounded in diverse theoretical and applied mathematics problem solving strategies, critical thinking, multidisciplinary teamwork, and building effective communication skills while serving the changing needs of education and industry throughout the state and nation through life-long learning and personal growth. Graduates of the Mathematics Program are employed across the state and nation as educators, researchers, and analysts in a variety of industries.
