Overview of electrical power systems, emphasizing a systemic understanding of design and operation of the electric power generation, transmission and distribution. Topics include aspects of conventional power plants, renewable power generation, components of transmission and distribution systems, power flow analysis, system performance measures, and limitations of legacy technologies.
