Prerequisite(s): PSES 2411. Characteristics of soil development, soil catenas and landscape relations, systems of soil taxonomy, regional and world soils, and wetlands classification. Field description of soil profiles, application of taxonomic classification to soil profile descriptions. Course fee $12. Spring of even years.
